Transportation hearing accessible by public transit

Norwich — The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments is reminding people who wish to take public transit that the public hearing on the region's long-range transportation plan is accessible by taking Southeast Area Transit District's Route 5 bus.

The public hearing will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the council's offices, 5 Connecticut Ave.

SEAT’s Route 5 will bring people to the bottom of the council's driveway on Connecticut Avenue at 4:15 p.m. and will come back through at 6:15 p.m., according to the council of governments. A full schedule is available at www.Seatbus.com.
