Solstice Senior Living at Groton has named Charlene Wisdom as its executive director and Cynthia Montano as director of sales and marketing.

Wisdom has more than a decade of senior living experience and previously worked in public relations and broadcast production in Dallas, Texas. “My passion is creating the best environment for seniors to thrive,” Wisdom said in a release.

Montano has 10 years of health care experience, six of which were spent in the senior living industry. A Connecticut native, she previously worked in sales and marketing at an area senior living community, where she oversaw marketing, advertising, public relations, sales and events.

“Charlene and Cynthia ... are exactly what we look for in our team members,” said David Lors, Solstice Senior Living regional director of sales and marketing, in a release. “We look forward to strengthening our service to Groton seniors and their families with their leadership.”
