TangerFIT 5K road race to benefit Smilow Cancer Center
Mashantucket — Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods will host the TangerFIT 5K road race at 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, on the property surrounding Foxwoods Resort Casino.
Early registration is $25 for adults and $20 for children under 12, with proceeds benefiting Lawrence + Memorial Hospital’s Smilow Cancer Hospital Care Center in Waterford.
Sponsors include Foxwoods, Crystal Rock, ECS Federal, Hard Rock Café at Foxwoods, J. Martin Associates Inc., Lake of Isles, Northeast Truck & Off-Road Outfitters, O2 Event Productions, Stony Creek Brewery and The Last Mile.
To participate, register at the Tanger Outlets. Pre-race registration packets can be picked up from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 30 to Oct. 4.
