Public hearing on governor's tolling proposal to be held Friday

Hartford — A public hearing on Gov. Ned Lamont's tolling proposal is slated for 1 p.m. Friday in Room 1E of the Legislative Office Building, located at 300 Capitol Ave. in Hartford.
"The 32-page document outlines their plan to add 12 toll gantries for 'Large Commercial Trucks' at specific bridges around the state," including on interstates 95, 395, 84 and 91 and Route 8, according to an announcement from state Rep. Holly Cheeseman, R-East Lyme.
