Steve Weber, co-owner of Minuteman Press locations in New London and Norwich, has been handing out thousands of free COVID-19 Time Capsule kits to organizations and school districts throughout the region. The idea is to allow children ages 7-13 a chance to record their memories of the pandemic and to keep them occupied with activities and games.
