Kindness in Real Life: New London Rotary rebuilds Hodges Square bus shelter

The New London Rotary Club recently dedicated a newly rebuilt bus shelter in Hodges Square in memory of longtime neighborhood member Jim Fakourey.
The shelter project is completed after a year of work, with labor and material donations from A Beautiful Company.
The new bus shelter also has a free book library for sharing books with the community.
“We have seen free book libraries done at bus shelters, and we thought it would be perfect for New London,” Alex Marcu, current president of the club, said in a release.
