Stonington to hold extended hours to register voters, issue absentee ballots

Stonington — The Town Clerk's office will be open extended hours on Tuesday, Oct. 27 from 4 to 8 p.m., which is the last day to register to vote in person in the state. Absentee ballots can also be issued at that time.

The office will also be open Saturday, Oct. 31 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to issue absentee ballots.

Please use the lower side entrance to enter the building. Town Clerk, Cindy Ladwig will be issuing ballots in the lower level conference room. Anyone with questions can call the Town Clerk's office at (860) 535-5060.
