The closeness we felt
In home cooked meals
The adventures we explored
In undusted books
I donned my finest blouse
To feel alive on zoom
Our comfort was found
In our four walls
We listened and the world spoke
In little scrolling screens
I watched the leaves turn
From brown to green to brown again
And each day from my window
The world still spun
