East Lyme — Anne Locke of Enfield and her twin sister Mary Burns of Massachusetts spent their birthday Monday at Rocky Neck State Park.
"I think we've spent almost every birthday together," Burns said. The sisters decided last minute to go to the beach when they realized how warm it was. "It's not too often we get to spend them at the beach, though," Locke added.
