Waterford — When it comes to dogs, who's walking whom? And is it always dog-walking weather?

Tyler Listro and Emily Bigelow of Groton were following their dog, Rex, as they walked on a sunny Thursday at Harkness Memorial State Park.

While conditions were mild, the rest of the week is expected to be even warmer, with high temperatures in the low to mid-50s along the shoreline. However, the forecast also calls for clouds and some showers.
