Republican Committee seeking candidates for Groton City Council

Groton — The city Republican Committee said in a news release that it is looking for individuals interested in becoming candidates for City Council for a two-year term, from May 2021 to May 2023.

The committee is slated to endorse candidates on Jan. 15. It is interested in hearing from registered Republicans who have lived for over one year in District 2 or 3 of the city of Groton and would like to run for political office.
