If you're over 75, we'd like to hear how easy, or difficult, it has been for you to schedule an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Last Thursday, registration opened up for people 75 and older to schedule vaccination appointments. We want to hear how the experience has been for people in that age group who tried to schedule an appointment, whether it was online, over the phone via the COVID Vaccine Appointment Assistance Line, or through a provider.

If you're 75 or older and want to share your experience, please fill out the form below or email reporter Erica Moser at e.moser@theday.com.
