Poetry in a Pandemic: A mask is more than a task

If you’re going out in public,

    wear your mask.

    (A vaccine will come soon,

    COVID won’t last!)

Your face may be worn raw,

but it really is the law,

if you’re going out in public

    WEAR A MASK!!

Amy Gaby lives in New London.
