Groton — Sebastien Luttrell, 13, of Hebron was practicing his skateboard tricks Wednesday as he visited Eastern Point Beach in Groton with his family.

"It's harder than it looks," he said of one trick he has been working on for a few months: called an ollie, it involves jumping into the air with the skateboard without using one's hands to hold onto the board.

The family was in the area and decided to stop at a park when they noticed a break in the rain.
