Kevin R. McPhaul, 31, last known address 385 Broad St., was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and violation of conditions of release and on Sunday with violation of a protective order, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Reid Judd, 62, of 11 Grand St., No. 2, Niantic, was charged Sunday with second-degree threatening.

Lindsey Jackson, 30, of 44 Perkins Road, was charged Sunday with unauthorized possession of controlled substances: narcotics, drug paraphernalia, unauthorized possession of controlled substances: narcotics, carrying and sale of dangerous weapons, and failure to keep prescription controlled substance in original container.

Benjamin Giles Jr., 22, of 35 Cliff St., was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer, improper use of plate, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, operation of motor vehicle without license, and failure to obey control signal and on three warrants for violation of probation.

Thuwesdia O. Robinson, 32, of 15H Adelaide Road, was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

Desiree L. Greene, 31, of 5 Coit St., No. 1, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Edgardo Feliciano, 55, of 113 Sachem St., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Ramona Bryant, 27, of Morningside, Md,, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.

Sean M. Halpin, 34, of 215 Rockwell St., was charged Friday with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Frederick J. Basnight, 47, of 53 Merchants Ave., B, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

John J. Palomino, 25, of 6 Kerrie Court, Gales Ferry, was charged May 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Harli M. Duddie, 28, of Worcester, Mass., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to display lights.
