The Ledyard Senior Center is holding an open house starting at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 3, for its official reopening.

Lunch is planned at noon at a cost of $5, but no one needs to order food to be part of the festivities.

Meal orders deadline is 10:30 a.m. June 2.

The meal consists of hot dogs, hamburgers, cole slaw, potato salad, pasta salad and lemon cake.

Attendees are asked to call in advance so they know how many people to expect, according to a release.

Masks are not required for those fully vaccinated, but are mandatory if not fully vaccinated. Call (860) 464-0478 to place an order or to let center staff know you will attend.
