    Local ECSU students win internships

Many Eastern Connecticut State University students, including two from the region, are spending their fall 2021 semesters working as interns for a multitude of organizations.

Jaden McNally of Norwich, a senior majoring in Business Administration, is interning at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Willimantic as a management trainee intern. “I have several responsibilities including renting cars to customers, customer service calls, speaking with insurance companies to extend contracts and get direct bills set up, selling additional protections to customers, creating, and confirming reservations, and speaking with accounts to make sure everyone is on the same page,” McNally said in an ECSU release.

Madison Cotner of Preston, a senior majoring in History and Social Science, is interning at Discovering Amistad as a Discovering Amistad educator. “My role was to present to the students and get them to engage with the story and realize their potential to affect the change they would like to see,” said Cotner in a release.
