COVID-19 testing sites won't open due to forecasts of cold weather

• Dodd Stadium, 14 Stott Ave., Norwich, which had been scheduled to open from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
• Crystal Mall, 850 Hartford Turnpike, Waterford, which had been scheduled to open from 8 to 11 a.m. Wednesday.
