Waterford — Gianna Bracamonte, 1, of New London and her father, Tyre Blackman, were spending time Friday at the children's playground at Civic Triangle Park in Waterford.
Blackman said they came to the park because Gianna was getting stir-crazy, as they have been spending a lot of time indoors lately, and Friday was not as windy as recent days.
