    Hygienic XLII Salon des Independants art show opens in New London

    New London — People arrived early Saturday to hang their artwork for the Hygienic XLII Salon des Independants art exhibition at Hygienic Art on Bank Street.

    Art larger than 6 feet will be on display at the Hygienic Grande Show nearby on Green Street.

    The show was postponed a week due to the blizzard Saturday, Jan. 29. The show will end Feb. 12 and will have extended gallery hours that will be posted on social media.
