They are beautiful inside and out,

Standing tall and proud,

With their resilience, love and grace,

They make the world a better place,

Their strength is admirable,

In any situation they are capable and adaptable,

Their courage is undeniable,

In all circumstances they are reliable,

Their patience and tolerance

Do not need to be contested,

Anything they do, they are fully invested,

They are caring, giving and embracing,

Hold their own and never replacing,

They are overcoming, encouraging and empowering,

Their determination is motivating and inspiring,

They are talented, creative and smart,

With a warm and wonderful heart,

A mother, a daughter, a sister,

A friend and a Great Role Model,

They are the backbone of the world and

Without them, the world would not survive!

Appreciate their dedication, selflessness,

Perseverance and Sacrifice!
