Attorney General William Tong announced Wednesday that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

Tong is experiencing mild symptoms, and per guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will isolate and work from home for the next five days, according to a news release from the Office of the Attorney General.

Tong is fully vaccinated and boosted, the release stated.

The office of State Treasurer Shawn T. Wooden announced Tuesday that Wooden tested positive for COVID-19 and will isolate and work from home for the next five days according to CDC guidance and out of an abundance of caution.

"Treasurer Wooden will continue to monitor himself for symptoms and test again in the coming days," a news release stated. "He is grateful for the protection of being fully vaccinated and boosted and encourages everyone to get vaccinated and receive their boosters in order to protect themselves and their loved ones."

Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz's chief of staff announced Monday morning that the lieutenant governor had tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday and would be isolating at home for the next five days.

Gov. Ned Lamont tested positive for COVID-19 last Thursday.
