    Habitat for Humanity dedicates 100th home

    Three generations celebrated their new home during a dedication ceremony with Habitat for Humanity on Sunday, May 1, 2022, in Norwich.

    Ivelisse and Carlos Gneco will move into one unit while Ivelisse's daughter Eva Aller and granddaughter Aolanie Acevedo will move into the other when their mortgages with Habitat are complete. The homes, at 44 and 46 Sylvester St. marked the 99th and 100th homes the nonprofit has completed in Eastern Connecticut Eastern Connecticut since 1987.
