Bake sale fundraiser for Ukraine to be held Friday in Gales Ferry
Ledyard — Members of the Gales Ferry community will host a pierogi and bake sale fundraiser for Ukraine from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Gales Ferry Fire Department, 1772 Route 12.
Proceeds from the sale will be donated to International Rescue Committee, a nongovernmental humanitarian aid group assisting Ukrainian refugees.
