Head of School Don Macrino: "Your high school experience has been greatly altered by the COVID-19 pandemic. No other time in our history have schools been so impacted. You have spent months in remote learning, have forgone clubs, performances, athletic events, dances, just to name a few. However, you have endured. Through these sacrifices, you have gained a strength and the ability to adapt, qualities that will serve you well throughout your lives."
Class Orator Elizabeth Hannaford: "While some may view the pandemic as a curse, it would be better to consider its many unexpected blessings. The quarantine period allowed everyone, especially those in our graduating class, to discover ourselves and the things that we enjoyed. When we returned the following year, an appreciation for togetherness and basic interactions returned. School has slowly returned to normal, but the unpredictability of this virus taught us to appreciate the time we spend together — and not take the little things for granted."
