    My Pet Pal: Corky

This is Corky, our 15-year-old adopted cat from Forgotten Angels Sanctuary. His name comes from the “cork screw” curl at the end of his tail. He loves feet! While we’re at the sink washing the dishes, he’s flopped on his side rubbing his head against our shoes. Same thing while we’re sitting and watching TV. He walks alongside us and rubs our legs and tries to get in front of us so he can flop down on his side and get his head scratched. He’s very affectionate and jumps up on my lap with his head and nose next to my chin so I can softly stroke his head between his ears. He sleeps with us at night. He also greets us at the door when we return after being away for a while. He’s brought joy into our lives during these difficult times.
