    Norwich - Ghouls, goblins, and all the various Halloween denizens strutted the roads of downtown Norwich Saturday night for the inaugural Norwich Events Organization NorWITCH Halloween Strut.

    The family friendly event, running from 6-8 p.m., featured trick-or-treating, food trucks, crafter booths, music, and a jack-o-lantern contest.
