    29 graduate from Three Rivers Middle College in Norwich

    Norwich — The 29 graduates of the Three Rivers Middle College received their diplomas Tuesday and will take an average of 25 college credits apiece with them to their next stop — mostly colleges, technical institutes or the military.

    Three Rivers Middle College magnet high school for 11th- and 12th-graders was established in 2012 and is located on the Three Rivers Community College campus in Norwich.

    Students earn high school and college credits together in several specific fields of study.

    Director Brad Columbus said, collectively, graduates were accepted to more than 26 colleges, universities or technical programs and graduated with a total of 749 college credits.

    Columbus said 16 students graduated with more than 30 college credits, essentially covering their first year of college.

    The graduating members of the Class of 2015 are: Nickole Assi, Christopher Astuti, Juliana Bartha, Rashon Brown, Noah Carr, Jonnathan Castiblanco, Jeffrey Cloutier, Faith Colter, Trent Comolli, Genesis Cubilette, Jade DeJesus, Yasmin Eley, Alexandra France, Kristina Gauthier, Natasha Knight, Grant Kotomski, Hayley Leonard, Brianna Olmstead, Haydee Pepe, Emily Piktelis, Jonathan Pratts, Mason Rockwell, Maya Scott, Styles Scroggins, Isaiah Sousa, Ryan Starr-Barker, Madison Stepnoski, Portia Taylor and Gabriel Umland.
