Local Fleet Reserve Association announces December events

Groton — Branch and Unit 20 of the local Fleet Reserve Association will serve their monthly breakfast on Dec. 15 from 8 to 11 a.m. at 242 Thames St.

This breakfast boasts an extensive menu for $6. Volunteers to help with the breakfasts are welcome. Call (860) 445-0731 and leave a message for Charlie.

Branch 20 will hold its regular monthly meeting on Dec. 20 at 6 p.m. at 242 Thames St. Unit 20 will meet at the same time and date in the club area of the branch home. All members in good standing are encouraged to attend these meetings.

The annual Christmas Open House will be held in on Dec. 22 from 1 to 6 p.m. All members in good standing and their families and guests are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will provided, along with a cash bar.
