Local Fleet Reserve Association to host annual Christmas Open House Dec. 22

Groton — Branch 20 of the Fleet Reserve Association will hold its regular monthly meeting on Dec. 20 at 6 p.m. at 242 Thames St. Unit 20 will meet at the same time and date in the club area of the branch home. All members in good standing are encouraged to attend these meetings.

The annual Christmas Open House will be held in on Dec. 22 from 1 to 6 p.m. All members in good standing and their families and guests are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will provided, along with a cash bar.

The annual Building Fund Raffle drawing will be held at 7 p.m. on Dec. 22. You do not have to be present; however, if you hold one of the lucky tickets, you may want to be there to collect your prize.

Club 20 will open at noon on Christmas Day and will be open its normal hours on New Year's Day. Branch and Unit 20 extend to all our shipmates and members a happy and safe holiday season.
