Groton — Thirteen sailors of Class 15020 graduated Friday from Machinist Mate (Weapons) ‘A’ School, a 10-week enlisted apprentice training school providing basic knowledge and skills at the entry level in the MM (Submarines) rating in Shipboard 3-M, mechanical skills, 3-inch launcher operation, explosives, torpedo tubes and MK 48 ADCAP torpedoes and Tomahawk cruise missiles.

Fireman Kevin Burgo received the Torpedoman plaque as class honorman and was meritoriously advanced.
