Dattilo Fine Italian overlooks the water through floor-to-ceiling windows, and makes dining at sunset an evening that should be had by all. The food is fresh, creative, and bold, presenting flavors reminiscent of old world Italy. In addition to a rich, authentic menu and spectacular views, the wine list is abundant and the service is seamless and attentive. Dattilo Fine Italian offers 'a whole different view' –  a new view on resort dining...Italian cuisine accompanied by the most exquisite view of Long Island Sound.

Chef Massimiliano, the newest addition to the culinary team at Water's Edge, has been paramount in making these changes. He comes to the resort from Mareno di Piave, a small village in Italy just north of Venice. With over 15 years of experience working within a number of small fine dining restaurants, he's brought fresh ideas while maintaining authentic Italian flavors that are hard to find. Hugely popular on the streets of Italy, his style of cuisine is unusually inventive and fresh.

The Seaview Bistro offers a lively atmosphere for enjoying signature cocktails, blended tropical drinks, premier wines, coffees and lighter fare. The food is creative, yet casual, and the menu includes Lobster Pizza, Neptune's Shrimp Panini, Bacon Cheddar Burger and Capellini Fra Diavolo. Live music complements the dining experience on Friday and Saturday nights.
