Joan K. Alfano DeLucia, 62, wife of Larry S. DeLucia, Sr., of 91 Tyler Street, East Haven died Nov. 22 at the Smilow Cancer Hospital. Born in New Haven on July 27, 1948, a daughter of Florence Lipka Alfano and the late Roland Alfano, Sr., Joan had worked as a beautician in the area for many years.

She is survived by two children, Gina Liuzzi and her husband Ralph and Larry DeLucia, Jr., and his wife Missy, all of North Haven; four grandchildren, Gianna and Marco Liuzzi, Larry DeLucia III, and Rae Rae DeLucia; and two sisters, Elaine Belli and her husband Ennio and Donna Lavorgna and her husband Fil all of East Haven. She was predeceased by her brother Roland Alfano, Jr.

Funeral Services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, on Friday, Nov. 26 at 11 a.m. Family and friends may call from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Smilow Cancer Hospital, P.O.
