Erin Elizabeth Idone, 29, of 42 Waterford Dr., Montville, New Jersey, formerly of Cheshire, died suddenly at her home on March 6. Erin was born in New Haven on June 16, 1983, the beloved daughter of Joseph and Carol Grignano Idone. She had resided in Montville for the past 22 years and was a 2001 graduate of Montville High School. After high school Erin attended the Paier College of Art in Hamden for one year and Kean University in Union, New Jersey, for two years.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandmother Gilda Grignano of Hamden; her brother Adam Joseph Idone of Highland Park, New Jersey; and her aunts and uncles, John and Phyllis Grignano and Paul and Marie Steir, all of North Haven. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Joseph and Anna Mocco Idone, and her maternal grandfather, John Grignano.

Erin’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Torello-Iacobucci Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven, on Sunday, March 10, from 4 to 7 p.m. Her funeral will be private.
