Ralph Saracco, 93, of North Haven, husband of 62 years to Gloria Saracco, died peacefully July 17 at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford.

Ralph was born on May 30, 1920 in Bronx, New York. During his early years, he worked in the Bronx as a glass blower and a vendor at Yankee Stadium. After serving in the Army during World War II, he and Gloria moved to Norwalk, where they raised their family, and Ralph went to work for John Hancock Insurance. 

Ralph enjoyed playing golf, billiards and poker and was a lifelong New York Yankee and New York Giants fan.

In addition to his wife, Ralph is survived by his three loving children Carole Ann Fratini and her husband Tomas of Cranston, Rhode Island, Rosemarie Bisceglie of Norwalk, and Louis and his wife Carolyn of North Haven. He is also survived by his grandchildren Justin Bisceglie, Vincent Saracco and Nicholas Saracco. He was predeceased by his brothers; Peter, Vincent, and Louis, and granddaughter; Jaclyn Bisceglie.
