Helen J. Kuzak, 96, of Guilford, beloved wife of 60 years of the late Walter Kuzak, died peacefully Sept. 18.

She is survived by her daughter Linda Kuzak Brouard and her husband Paul of Guilford; her grandchildren Beata Brouard of New Haven, Amy Richardson of Boston, and David Kuzak of Austin, Texas; four great-grandchildren; and 22 nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son Walter Kuzak, Jr., of Barberton, Ohio.

Services were held Sept. 23 at Rybicki & Son, a Golden Rule Funeral Home, Garfield Heights, Ohio, and at Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus in Cleveland, Ohio, with interment in All Saints Cemetery, Northfield, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to The Strong House, 546 Durham Rd., Madison CT 06443 or the Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus, 3649 East 65th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44105. Friends are invited to her daughter's home Saturday, Oct. 5 from 2 -5 p.m. Rybicki & Son Funeral Homes was in charge of arrangements.
