    Patricia M. Cook, 76, Clinton

    Patricia M. Cook, 76, of Clinton, loving wife of nearly 50 years to Lawrence Cook, died Oct. 10 at Connecticut Hospice, Branford. She was born July 26, 1937 in Lowell, Massachusetts to the late Harry and Clarice (Davidson) Maguire.

    Pat was a realtor at Lively Real Estate for 26 years, and enjoyed being a Justice of the Peace for 25 years. She was a member of the Clinton Board of Tax Review for a two-year term, and was also a member of the Clinton Democratic Town Committee.

    She enjoyed traveling, cooking, sewing, and caring for her cats. Pat always looked forward to baking with her granddaughter, Abby, and spending time on the computer with her grandson, Austin. Pat will be remembered for her unique sense of humor.

    In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son David Cook and his wife Amy of Enfield; her daughter Julie Cook of Clinton; and her two grandchildren, Abby and Austin Cook of Enfield.

    Funeral services will be private. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 4-8 p.m. at the Swan Funeral Home, 80 E. Main St, Clinton. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name may be made to the charity of one's choice. The Swan Funeral Home, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements.
