Patrick O’Keeffe, 54, of Madison, died Jan. 7 surrounded by family and friends at St. Raphael Hospital in New Haven. Patrick was born Feb. 4, 1959 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late James and Florence O’Keeffe. He worked as an insurance agent for much of his career, and held various positions in sales and in managerial roles.

He is survived by his daughter Meghan of West Haven.

Calling hours for family and friends will be held Saturday, Jan. 11 from 2-4:30 p.m. at Swan Funeral Home in Madison. A Catholic Mass will be scheduled at a later date. Swan Funeral Home, Madison, is in charge of arrangements.
