Eleanor B. Neveski, 74, of Killingworth, beloved wife of Harry Neveski, passed away Jan. 9 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. Ellie was born in Claremont, New Hampshire on July 31, 1939, daughter of the late Augustus and Ethel (Rumrill) Rickards.

Ellie worked for Yale University in New Haven for more than 20 years in the library department as part of security in regards to checking books and packages. She was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed cooking for her family; but most of all, she was a wife and mother who always took care of her family. She will be dearly missed.

Besides her husband Harry, she is survived by her son Harry A. Neveski of Naugatuck; a daughter, Nina E. Wesley of Kentucky; and a brother, Walter Brodka of North Haven. Ellie is also survived by her three grandchildren.
