Morgan C. Brooks, 37, of Niagara, New York, entered into eternal rest on Feb. 1. Morgan was born on May 13, 1976 in Manama, Bahrain, to Glen Z. Brooks of Sands Point, New York, and Ruth H. Brooks of Guilford.

She graduated from Daniel Hand High School in Madison in 1994 and from Tulane University in 1998. She earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in counseling from New Orleans University in 2002. Morgan was an assistant and then associate professor of Mental Health Counseling at Niagara University.

Besides her parents, Morgan leaves to cherish her memory her husband Thomas F. Proctor, IV and her three daughters, Carys, Sadie and Gianna; her brother Dylan - Her brother, Guy and sister, Erin and their mother, Lisa Canas; her sisters, Laura and Julie, and their mother, Emily (Brooks); and many friends whom she dearly treasured.
