Pawcatuck Little League —Register online, which is encouraged by the league, for the upcoming season at pawcatucklittleleague.com. In-person signup will be held Sunday, Feb. 10, from noon-3 p.m. at the Pawcatuck Middle School cafeteria for boys age 4 to 12 and girls age 4 to 15. The second signup will be held Sunday, March 3, same place and time. Registrations will be taken for Babe Ruth baseball as well for boys age 13 to 15 as of May 1, 2019.

Cost is $70 for t-ball, $150 for Babe Ruth, and $100 for all other divisions, with a family maximum of $200 (Babe Ruth not eligible). First-time registrants must bring a copy of the player’s birth certificate. If you are registering in person, downloadable registration forms can be found at the website under “Registration Info.”

The player registration, medical release and concession acknowledgment forms are required. Volunteers who wish to coach must fill out a volunteer form. Tryouts will be held for all baseball and softball players age 8 to 12 at Mystic Indoor Sports, 90 Welles Road, on Sunday, March 17, from 2 to 5 p.m. Email info@pawcatucklittleleague.com with any questions.

ECC boys’ basketball tournament — At Mohegan Sun Arena on Feb. 26. Championship games are at 6 p.m. (Division III-IV) and 8 p.m. (Division I-II). Tickets are $10 and are valid for both games.
