Convicted felon sought by Waterford police now in custody

Waterford — Police said today that a man they were seeking this week, who was wanted for violation of probation, is now in the custody of the Office of Adult Probation.

Police were assisting the probation office in serving a warrant to 40-year-old Robert Durham, who was convicted in 2006 of sexual assault on a spouse.

Police said Durham had last been seen Wednesday morning in the area of 1214 Hartford Road.
