Norwich – Police seized cash, drugs and a vehicle during a raid Thursday at a Washington Street home.

Michael Lopes, 29, and Caitlyn Keegan, 24, both of 92 Washington St. Apt. 1E, each were charged with possession of crack cocaine with the intent to sell and possession of crack cocaine. Lopes faces an additional charge, possession of drug paraphernalia.

During the search of the apartment, police said they found and seized several thousand dollars, about 8 grams of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia indicative of a drug dealing operation and a vehicle.

Lopes is held in lieu of a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Friday in Norwich Superior Court. Keegan, too, is scheduled to appear Friday in court and is held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
