Statewide alert issued for missing Norwich woman

Norwich - A silver alert was issued Wednesday for a missing 20-year-old who was last seen on Tuesday.
Rachel Schriver is described as a white female, 135 pounds, 5 feet tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Police said she may be in the area of Cliff Street in Norwich.
Anyone within information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Norwich Police at (860) 886-5561.
