Pacheco, 36, of 470 Gold Star Highway, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer, possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and one count of second-degree failure to appear in court.    

Vincente Simaj, 23, of 188 Franklin St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, operating without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Ashley Doran, 23, of Saco, Maine, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer.

Benjamin E. Gregor, 29, of 36 Paul Revere Road, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

John M. Ortiz de Villate, 23, of 28 Dow St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Luc Jacques Tremblay, 38, of Ashland, Ore., was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to have headlights lit.

Julie A. Perry, 37, of no permanent address, was charged Friday with two counts of failure to appear in court.

Adrian A. Biltcliffe, 23, of 6 John Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Matthew J. Eiden, 18, of 117 Oslo St., Mystic, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer and sixth-degree larceny.

Alexandra Williams, 26, of 56 Colman St., first floor, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Kathleen Gills, 25, of 38 Phoenix Drive, Groton, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Ernest Montavon, 37, of 127 Plant St., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Rageana Brown-Alicea, 19, of 10 Franklin St., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Allen Mason, 41, of 34 Skyline Drive, Salem, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Eric Zesk, 24, of 82 Cliff St., was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.
