UPDATED: Power restored in East Lyme, still out for 44 in Montville

Montville — Power was restored to customers in East Lyme after an outage Monday morning, while 44 customers in Montville remain without power, according to Eversource's outage map.

According to a dispatcher with the Montville Fire Department, a tree fell on a power line near the intersection of Fellows Road and Route 163, causing outages in the area.

State Police Troop E in Montville and the Montville Fire Department responded. State police had left the scene by 11 a.m.
