Jordan Williams, 19, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Bryan Terrero, 18, of 55 Branford Ave. was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny.

Gregory R. Sykes, 39, of 195 Michelle Lane, No. 301, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree failure to appear in court.
Kody J. Machowski, 23, of 163 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.
Malik Correia, 21, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., No. 1306, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
