Velmore Jacobowitz, 46, of 45 Union St. was charged with misuse of a 911 system, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
Shyhaim Chisholm, 20, of no certain address, was charged Monday with stop sign violation, driving with a suspended license, violation of probation and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christopher D. Connelly, 35, of Willington was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Alfanso Desimone, 46, of Woburn, Mass., was charged Monday in Stonington with failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
