    Norwich police issue Silver Alert for missing 14-year-old boy

    Norwich — Police issued a Silver Alert for a 14-year-old boy who has been missing since earlier Saturday.

    Police said the missing child, Terrance Carter, is black with brown eyes and brown hair. He is 5 foot 10 and weighs 150 pounds. Police said they do not know what he is wearing.

    Police ask anyone who locates him to call the Norwich Police Department at (860) 886-5561.
