Peter Leblanc, 33, of 144 Huntington St., No. 4, was charged Thursday with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Juel Harris, 32, of 72 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.

Heather Mihailides, 51, of Voluntown was charged Friday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Kristin Descenza, 31, of Beverly, Mass., was served Friday in Montville with a fugitive from justice warrant.

Nicholas Charles Davis, 22, of 72 Canterbury Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Friday in Montville on a warrant for fourth-degree larceny.

Ryan Michael Keefe, 32, of Lisbon was charged Sept. 20 in Montville with violation of probation.

Jonathan Limmer, 39, of 127 Niantic River Road was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order.

Richard Vessells, 40, of 129 Prospect St., Norwich, was charged Friday with speeding and driving without required interlock device.
